Our work together will help you to think about the feelings you have about yourself – and other people – particularly family, friends and colleagues. I will help you to face issues and causes, often from long ago, which may be weighing on you, or unknowingly affecting your relationship with yourself and others.
In our sessions you will be encouraged to talk freely. Together we will look deeper into your unique experiences, perspectives, problems and worries and together we will do the work of processing emotions.
Our work can help you to become more alive to life and can contribute to a better relationship with yourself and others. In facing your issues and their causes, change can begin to happen.
I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, countries, religious beliefs and sexualities and am especially mindful of a client’s culture, religious and social influences.
